Minky Dreamer Shipping Policy

At Minky Dreamer, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely.

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Minky Dreamer is not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, damaged packages, or delivery issues that occur after the package has left our possession.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure a secure delivery location is available.

If you experience any issues with your shipment after it has been accepted by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Damaged packages
  • Missing packages marked as delivered
  • Delivery exceptions

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance. The carrier is responsible for investigating and resolving shipping-related issues once the package is in their possession.

Minky Dreamer is happy to provide any available shipping documentation or tracking information needed to assist with a carrier claim; however, we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for issues that occur after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

While we are unable to control carrier-related issues, we will always do our best to assist customers by providing tracking information and any documentation needed for carrier claims.
