All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, Minky Dreamer does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure all information, sizes, and selections are correct.

Custom Bamboo Orders

All custom bamboo products are made specifically for each customer and are considered final sale. Custom bamboo items cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled for any reason.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged due to a manufacturing defect or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work toward an appropriate resolution when applicable.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, Minky Dreamer is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Any shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
